She served on the Allen College Alumni Association from 2010-2016 and is a current member of both the UnityPoint Nursing Honor Guard and Allen Foundation board since 2019.
In 2016 Debbie became a member of the Gerard Circle. Gerard Circle is Allen Foundation’s most prestigious giving society. Members achieve this when their giving total reaches $10,000, when they make a $50,000 estate gift or a combination of bequests, gifts or pledges totaling $50,000 or more.
