Dr. Wehling Weepie joined the Allen College School of Nursing Faculty in 2001. Prior to this position, she worked as a registered nurse on a medical-surgical unit and at a home care agency. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Organizational Leadership from Rush University, a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in Community & Public Health Nursing from the University of Iowa, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Allen College. She is certified as a Nurse Educator (CNE), an Online Instructor, and a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner. Her teaching responsibilities focus on community and public health, as well as a wide range of professional nursing concepts.
