Allen College Registration Materials Fall 2013 PLEASE REVIEW THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY!!! Medical Lab Science Students: You will be automatically enrolled for fall courses. Your schedules will be available on My Pulse by April 19. Nuclear Medicine Students: You will be automatically enrolled for fall courses. Your schedules will be available on My Pulse by April 19. Diagnostic Medical Sonography: You will be automatically enrolled for fall courses. Your schedules will be available on My Pulse by April 19. Radiography Students: You will be automatically enrolled for Radiography courses. If you have general education courses to complete, please make an appointment with your advisor. Your schedules will be available on My Pulse by April 19. Traditional Undergraduate Nursing Students: You will be automatically enrolled for fall courses. Your schedules will be available on My Pulse by April 19. LPN-BSN Nursing Students: You will be automatically enrolled for fall courses. Your schedules will be available on My Pulse by April 19. Seven Semester Part-Time Evening/Weekend Nursing Students: You will be automatically enrolled for fall courses. Your schedules will be available on My Pulse by April 19. Accelerated Nursing Students: You will be automatically enrolled for fall courses. Your schedules will be available on My Pulse by April 19. RN-BSN and RN-MSN Students: You will be automatically registered for fall courses based on your plan of study. Students will be added to the waiting list in the order the requests are made, but not before you have been registered. Students are notified when/if space becomes available. STUDENTS ON HOLD are not eligible to register for any courses. All holds must be resolved prior to Friday, April 12 for fall registration. YOUR REGISTRATION WILL NOT be processed if there is a hold on your account. Registration Process: Student registration materials are processed based on the student's position in the curriculum. In addition, students in undergraduate programs are registered for courses based on the following priority:
Undergraduate Nursing Students are enrolled in clinical or lab courses based on their enrollment in the previous semester. Students who were enrolled in Friday clinical or lab for this semester will be given preferential enrollment to a non-Friday clinical for the following semester. This does not guarantee non-Friday clinical! Students in graduate programs are registered based on the following priority
Allen College reserves the right to re-assign individuals to adjust clinical group sizes. In addition, Allen College reserves the right to cancel a class if an insufficient number of students enroll, and to close a course when maximum enrollment is achieved. Registration for courses in a future semester is dependent on successful completion of current semester coursework.
